1. About us
Botanica Nursery ("we", "us", "our") operates the website botanicanursery.com.np and sells plants, growing media, and gardening supplies within Nepal. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and may change without notice. We do our best to describe plants and stock accurately, but as plants are living things, size, colour, and form can vary. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may confirm or decline it (for example, if an item is out of stock), in which case we will contact you.
3. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment through Nepali gateways (such as Khalti and eSewa) where available. Online payments are processed by those providers under their own terms; we do not store your full card or wallet details.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Nepal. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by location, weather, and courier availability. Please provide an accurate address and phone number so we can reach you.
5. Healthy-arrival & returns
We pack every plant with care. If a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Because plants are perishable, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than their condition on arrival.
6. Acceptable use
Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to it. Content on this site (text, images, and branding) belongs to Botanica Nursery and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "last updated" date.
