• To send order and delivery updates by email (only if you provided an email).
• To send occasional newsletters, if you subscribed (you can opt out any time).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the shop:

• Payment providers (e.g. Khalti, eSewa) — to process online payments you choose to make.
• Email provider (Resend) — to send you order and delivery emails.
• Delivery partners — to deliver your order to your address.
• Hosting (Cloudflare) — which stores our website and order data securely.

We also post our own plant and product content to our social media pages (such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok). This involves our product photos and descriptions only — we do not share customers' personal information with those platforms.
