In stockKasturi Black Mango is a rare and eye-catching mango variety prized for its unusually dark purple-to-black skin and its intensely sweet, aromatic pulp. Each fruit typically weighs around 250–400 grams, with smooth, fibreless flesh and a rich musky fragrance that gives the variety its name. It flowers in फागुन–चैत and the fruit ripens over जेठ–असार, thriving best in warm conditions between 24–35°C and at altitudes up to about 1200 metres. A well-established grafted tree can yield roughly 40–80 kg of fruit per season once mature, and it grows well in deep, well-drained loamy soil with full sun. Beyond eating fresh, its striking colour and strong aroma make it excellent for juices, pickles and home gardens as an attractive ornamental fruit tree.
